DISDAINED: 'I Live For Your Pain' Video Released
December 13, 2012"I Live For Your Pain", the new video from Swedish female-fronted melodic progressive metallers DISDAINED, can be seen below. The song comes off the band's debut album, "Kill My Only Enemy", which came out last year via Disdained Entertainment/Rambo Music. According to a press release, the clip "features a healthy dose of fire and death!"
Fronted by the beautiful vocals and mind-tearing growls of Therese Thomsson, DISDAINED features Niklas Dahlin and Johan Hartman on guitar, Tomas Stolt on bass and Johan Persson on drums.
With lyrics revolving around social and emotional dilemmas and musical arrangements of the darker variety, the band's repertoire leaves no mind untouched.
A former thater acress, Therése has lots of experience with several well-known Swedish musicians. Johan played drums in various constellations, mainly in southeastern parts of Sweden, with members of SATANIC SURFERS and others. Prior to joining DISDAINED, Hartman was a fixture on the non-mainstream scene, "focusing on progressive self-indulgence."
